Little redesign

While I'm doing this Falklands stuff I've changed the template to make it slightly clearer. I seem to be getting an expanding readership and a background of palm trees didn't really seem appropriate. I can always change it back. The only problem is as usual the design system has been 'improved' and I can't now change the font colour for the description under the title. Don't you just love progress!!
